The many different storylines on True Blood are beginning to overlap and converge, as they often do as the HBO drama nears its finale. What that means is even more drama as Sookie (Anna Paquin) gets mixed up with the Obama-mask-wearing gang killing supernaturals, and we finally find out whos been leading the violent group of redneck killers.
Here are highlights from Sunday's episode:
1. Bills Bad Decision
The Vampire Authority gang has begun burning True Blood factories, but Eric is still trying to find a way out of that nuthouse.
Eric corners Bill to convince him to give up the act, but Bill says hes lost and doesnt know who to trust.

Eric says the only way for them to get out is to steal some of Salomes blood since the compound is on lockdown.
Eric talks to Nora, claiming that he wants to believe in Lilith. At the same time, Bill and Salome share some pillow talk about ruling the new world together. They have some vampire sex, but Bill is busy hallucinating about Sookie and then Lilith in Salomes place.
Eric knocks Nora out with plans to take her out with him and Bill, but just as theyre set to leave, Salome and the guards show up. Bill has apparently ratted out Eric and has sided with Salome.
How did Bill get so lost?
2. Sookies On the Hunt
Lafayette (Nelsan Ellis) tries to help Sookie find the vampire spirit thats in her bathroom, but instead he communicates with Sookies grandmother, who tells her to find a clue in the memory box under her bed.
Sookie discovers that Sheriff Dearborn (Willian Sanderson) was the one who found her parents bodies, so she decides to go talk to him.

While he does admit that he thinks her parents were probably killed by vampires, hes clearly hiding something else, but Sookie cant figure it out. And then Dearborns lady smacks her over the head with a frying pan.
Sookie wakes up tied up in a pig pen with Hoyt, whos been missing since deciding not to kill Jessica.
It become clear through Andy and Jasons research at the office that Dearborn is actually the leader of the Obama gang. Sam (Sam Trammell), shifted into a fly, overhears this, and sets out on a rescue mission of his own.
Dearborn tells Sookie that hes pissed that supernaturals have been killing people for years, and he wants to rid the world of their presence.
Just as the gang plans to throw Sookie and Hoyt to the pigs for dinner, Sam turns up, first appearing as a pig and then shifting into a human. While totally naked, he fights Dearborn and the others.
Andy and Jason arrive in time, and Andy has to shoot Dearborn before he stabs a shovel into Sam. However, by the time the dust settles, Hoyt is unconscious and Jason fears the worst.
3. The End of the Ifrit
After finding out that either he or Patrick (Scott Foley) has to die in order for the fire monster curse to be lifted, Terry (Todd Lowe) decides to go find Patrick.
However, Patrick finds Arlene first, holding her at gunpoint at the restaurant.
Terry arrives, and Patrick decides to kill him. But Arlene stabs Patrick in the neck and after the men scuffle, Arlene gets Patrick held at gunpoint.

Terry cant decide if he should kill Patrick or not, but then the creepy dead lady shows up, telling him to do what is right. Right apparently means killing Patrick, which is what Terry does. The ifrit/smoke monster scoops up Patricks body.
4. Fangtasias New Guy
Back at Fangtasia, Pam (Kristin Bauer van Straten) spends most of the episode worrying about Eric, while Tara (Rutina Weasley) worries about the dwindling supply of True Blood.
When a guy (Keram Malicki-Sanchez) tries to sit in Erics chair, Pam calls him out, only to find out that hes the new vampire sheriff of Area 5, and that feeding on humans in public is now allowed.
