Staving off the bigger drops seen by many reality series this summer, Gordon Ramsay's Hell's Kitchen climbed to a new high on Monday night. Fast affiliate ratings give the Fox show a 3.0 rating among adults 18-49, moving up 15 percent from last week and topping all other broadcasts for the night. Hotel Hell saw similar growth at 8 p.m., rising 15 percent for a new series high of a 2.3 adults rating. The network averaged a 2.6 rating in the demo and 6.5 million viewers.

CBS encores -- How I Met Your Mother, Big Bang Theory, 2 Broke Girls, Mike & Molly, Hawaii Five-0 -- averaged a 1.6 rating among adults 18-49 on CBS. The block also brought in the night's second-strongest audience, 5.7 million viewers.

NBC saw a 25 percent drop in the third Monday of Stars Earn Stripes. The episode pulled in a 0.9 rating among adults 18-49, tying its lead from a repeat of America's Got Talent. Grimm was steady with last week's fast affiliate showing of a 1.6 adults rating, down just a tenth from the final and besting the other nets during the 10 p.m. hour. NBC averaged a 1.2 adults rating for the night and 3.95 million viewers.

An even Bachelor Pad posted a 1.3 adults rating on ABC, followed by an encore of Castle (0.7 adults rating), filling the gap left by The Glass House. ABC averaged a 1.1 rating with 18-49-ers and 3.97 million viewers over the course of the night.

The L.A. Complex's move to Monday's brought in a 0.3 adults rating for the CW.
