Just as Castle (Nathan Fillion) and Beckett (Stana Katic) were finally going there, a new threat to the emerging couple is poised to emerge on ABC's Castle.
Prison Break's Jodi Lyn O'Keefe has been tapped to guest star on the ABC drama's upcoming fifth season, The Hollywood Reporter has learned exclusively.

O'Keefe will play Kristina Coterra, a sultry and voluptuous entertainment reporter at WHNY who shows more than a professional interest in Castle in the second episode of the season, titled "Cloudy With a Chance of Murder."
Following years of will-they-or-won't-they romantic tension, Beckett was last seen leading her partner in crime to the bedroom following a steamy make-out session in the fourth season finale.

O'Keefe's credits, including starring as Gretchen Morgan on Fox's Prison Break, include Two and a Half Men, The Finder and Boston Legal. She's repped by Vincent Cirrincione Associates and Stone Meyer.
Castle returns Monday, Sept. 24 at 10 p.m. on ABC.
