Mike Tyson plus live morning television equals anything can happen.
See Tuesday's edition of Today, where Tyson and Spike Lee appeared to discuss the forthcoming Broadway debut of the one-man show Mike Tyson: Undisputed Truth, which Lee is directing.
When anchor Ann Curry asked Tyson about his new vegan lifestyle, Tyson responded that he made the change after "too many jail (stints), too many lawsuits, too many bankruptcies, too many women, too many venereal diseases, too much everything. I really got tired."

The mumbling ex-heavyweight champ then referenced his former exhaustion from soliciting prostitutes, eliciting nervous laughter from Curry and Lee. "I'm sorry, I was a prostitute hunter," he conceded.
Tyson's lack of a brain to mouth filter will no doubt be on full display when Undisputed Truth opens July 31 for a limited run at New York's Longacre Theatre. The show, which closes Aug. 5, will mark Lee's first stint as a Broadway director.
Tyson first premiered his solo act -- written by Tyson's wife, Kiki Tyson, and Randy Johnson -- at Las Vegas' MGM Grand in the spring. It details the boxer's highs and lows, including his struggles with drug addiction, his mother's alcoholism and the rape charges that resulted in a three-year jail sentence (he has maintained his innocence).
Tyson most recently appeared in The Hangover and its sequel and starred in Animal Planet's Taking on Tyson.
Lee is working on a remake of the Asian hit Oldboy. His Red Hook Summer, which premiered at Sundance this year, hits theaters in August.
