American Idol Season 10 alum Thia Megia helped 250,000 Girl Scouts "Rock The Mall" in Washington, D.C., as the organization celebrated 100 Years of Scouting on Saturday.

Megia was joined by Tangled star Mandy Moore, The Voice's Erin Willett, and Olympic figure skater Michelle Kwan as they entertained troops from all over the United States gathered at the Washington Monument for the concert.

"I was a Girl Scout in Elementary School," 17-year-old Megia proudly told the crowd, adding that she was honored when she was chosen as a K-12 ambassador.

Megia entertained with an acoustic guitar and scout-appropriate fare, including the songs "I Will Walk With You Always" and "A Friend Who's Always There."

She also performed the track "One Day," which she recorded for the Zhu Zhu Pets CD Quest for Zhu: Music from the Motion Picture. Magea felt the lyrics, "one day my dream will come to life," perfectly captured the spirit of the day, and encouraged every girl in the audience to follow their hearts.

The day also included a video-taped message of support from First Lady Michelle Obama, a yoga demonstration and performances from selected Girl Scout Troops from around the nation.
