Duets didn't do so swell in its second outing for ABC. The two-hour follow-up to last week's premiere pulled a 1.5 rating among adults 18-49, a two tenths of a point drop. With total viewers, the series was down nearly one million. Rookie Blue was even with last week's 1.4 rating in the demo, giving the network a 1.5 adults rating for the night and 5.9 million viewers.
Fox's freshman drama Touch went out with a two-hour finale Thursday night, unable to approach its strong premiere numbers without the aid of an American Idol lead-in. It hit a series low 1.3 adults 18-49 rating in both hours, down four tenths of a point from its last original on May 17. Though the Kiefer Sutherland series did see dips throughout its initial run, it held steady enough ratings to get a renewal pick-up and will air on Fridays in the new season.
